History

Since 1984 to present we have served as inspectors and consultants to our individual and corporate clients. From 1998 until 2002 as members of the (ERC) Employees Relocation Council we served the HR departments and relocation needs of our Clients such as DuPont, Rhodia, Rhone Poulenc, Bristol Myers, PNC Bank. Historically we have supported and remained by our client’s side up to and beyond the real estate closing.

Qualifications and Experience

IM’s principal, Kenn Enochs, has performed more than 14,000 investigations in 13 States.   Kenn is a past contributor to the ERC Mobility Magazine and the co contributor of the developed ERC inspection protocol and its reporting form. There is continuous training, education and certifications to current standards and regulations such as the International Residential Code and International Commercial Code. We maintain a regular schedule of industry updates, classes and courses from our certified Laboratories of evolving potential environmental issues that may affect a real estate closing. We are highly qualified and experienced in EIFS / Stucco design and inspections that began in the early 1990’s.
