KE performed a detailed inspection of our new construction prior to the one year walk-through. Ken Enochs spotted several areas of concern that we would not have otherwise known about. Additionally, a detailed report was provided including pictures as a part of the inspection. We were able to provide this professional report to our builder that expedited repairs.
